At the time of the 1st Azi VIMdispenser sale, we received reports that VeChain wallets encountered heavy slowdown issues. We want to clarify that VeChain Blockchain was NOT congested. The intermediary node (the default public node) which wallets interact to speak to the blockchain was extremely slow to the point of almost unloadable. For those new to blockchain or not technically too savvy on this topic, this intermediary public node is how VeChain wallets interact with the data stored on the public blockchain. All public blockchains, not just VeChain, have a similar setup for wallets to connect with the blockchain. 💡Tip: Users have the choice to change their Sync and Comet wallet endpoints to alternative public nodes such as https://mainnet.veblocks.net. On Sync, the option to add a new public node address is found in the Settings menu, and it can be changed by clicking the "MAIN" button on the address bar.
